I have had a really great experience with Jernigan Orthodontics. I love how friendly, welcoming, and polite all of the employees are. I always feel like everyone at Jernigan Ortho truly cares about their patients, and they do everything they can to make us comfortable and happy. Many aspects of braces can be difficult to get used to, but the Jernigan staff work hard to make the transition as easy as possible. Plus, Dr. Jernigan and Dr. Franks are some of the only people I have met who are bigger Star Wars geeks than I am, and I think that's amazing. I would definitely recommend Jernigan Orthodontics for anyone who wants to have a beautiful smile!

Dr. Jernigan, Dr. Franks, and their team are amazing! They are always friendly and welcoming and their office runs like a well-oiled machine. When you make an appointment, you can expect to be seen on time. Not only have they taken great care of my kid's teeth, but they make the whole experience very enjoyable for us both. Dr. Jernigan and staff are so professional and friendly. Not only did they take the time to see us and explain in great detail what needed to be done, but they included our son in the conversation. They allowed us to ask questions as well as Donald. They made all of us feel welcomed and cared for and not just another number to be seen. The day came for the top braces to be placed on. We the parents were allowed to go back and stay with our son. Even though he was brave he was a little nervous. The good doctor spoke directly to him and even gave him a mirror so he could see what was going on. I have already spoken to my co workers about the wonderful experience and have recommended Dr. Jernigan and will continue to even after the braces come off.
