The staff are all really nice and very efficient. The office is clean and fun. The doctor seems to really care and you don't feel like just another number. Would highly recommend!

My son has had nothing but an amazing experience with Dr. Jernigan and the entire staff. We are taken back for his appointment within 5 minutes of his actual appointment time. If we had an issue with his braces, it only took one call and they were able to accommodate the same or following day. Dr J and Dr Franks have such an excellent interaction with the Orthodontic Assistants, the patient, and their parents. I greatly appreciate each and every one at this practice for caring about my son! OH...and they have great incentives for patients to earn points for rewards! Thanks J Team!!

I have had a really great experience with Jernigan Orthodontics. I love how friendly, welcoming, and polite all of the employees are. I always feel like everyone at Jernigan Ortho truly cares about their patients, and they do everything they can to make us comfortable and happy. Many aspects of braces can be difficult to get used to, but the Jernigan staff work hard to make the transition as easy as possible. Plus, Dr. Jernigan and Dr. Franks are some of the only people I have met who are bigger Star Wars geeks than I am, and I think that's amazing. I would definitely recommend Jernigan Orthodontics for anyone who wants to have a beautiful smile!
