I like Jernigan's Orthodontics a lot. The people who work there are always very nice, and the modern environment of the office is really cool. (Especially the waiting room).

Dr. Jernigan's Office is the best! Wouldn't go to anyone else! Feel like family when you go in. It's not just a job for Dr. Jernigan and his staff! They are all in and do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable and have the best experience!

I don't think you can find a better orthodontist. The staff are very friendly and try their best to make you feel at home. I had a good vibe about this place as soon as I walked in the doors. Highly recommend!

So far, we've enjoyed every encounter and conversation with the Team at Jernigan Orthodontics! My son has started "phase 1", and the Team helped him get excited about the brackets, and his forthcoming expander. His questions were answered with positive reinforcement, and we appreciated the demonstrations with the tips and tricks to help keep his teeth clean and healthy through this process. Thanks - BRACES ROCK!

Friendly Staff
We are so impressed by Dr. Jernigan and his entire team. I contacted the coordinator, Dawn, on a Monday, to start my daughter’s treatment and was given an appt. for Wednesday of the same week.
Shortly after notifying the office of our arrival, Sarah, who is a dental assistant, greeted us, had me to fill out a COVID form, checked my daughter’s temp., and escorted her into the building.
From what I was told, Sarah did an outstanding job of explaining the process, before she actually did it. Which I’m sure helped to ease my 9yo’s fears because she was really nervous as we drove to the appt.
A picture and updates were sent to me as I waited in the car and I was encouraged to ask questions or share any concerns that I might have.
Like most kids, my daughter loves to receive gifts of any kind and was ecstatic to be given a neat braces kit and a cute tshirt.
And, above any and everything else, she’s super eager to earn points and get rewards!
As an added bonus for me, this office is close to our home and I’ve heard nothing but great things abt Dr. Jernigan and his team from other dentists in the Columbia area.
Really like the cool themes
